[Stats] Coffee Sucks chapter 21 - 11.8.24

My goal right now is to get chapter 21 of "If You Think The Coffee Sucks..." finished and posted before end of November.

Actually, I'd love to also get chapter 22 done in November, but writing (and everything) has been rough, SO lets not get ahead of myself;;; It didn't help that I got 1,500 words into this chapter and then realized I needed to switch the POV character to make certain plot points work. The re-write is done now, so the only way out is forward!

SKZCode - Neighborhood Watch #1
